Need Help with seedlings

Ive been trying to germinate seedlings in rockwool but am having no luck. Was wondering if anyone knows a good guide or has directions. I got all the way to the first set off leaves and its like they stopped growing and slowly died.

Make sure you're giving them access to oxygen- rockwool can get water logged and the plants drown. Rockwool is susceptible to contamination, as well, fungus or bad bacteria. Check out www.growweedeasy.com they have a good tutorial.

Soak your rock wool in ph corrected water for at least a few hours.

Then give a few good shakes to get rid of most of the water before you plant in them.

Then it's just a matter of temps and humidity and you should be good to go.

And I like to get them into your system fairly quick.
It doesn't take for the tap root to grow out of your wool

I flush the rockwool let it soak in distilled ph 6.0 water for 24 hours put the seedlings in after they have popped. I try to be sanitary at possible clean eveything wear gloves. I gave them some flora duo gro about 2ml, a little resclear to protect against fungi and 2ml of calmag in a gallon of ph 6.0 distilled water. Im thinking too much nitrogen or maybe over watered. I also had my light a little to close, so i moved it up a few inches. I attached a couple of photos the 2 big cubes are what I hope to grow. The other is just a bag weed.

I never had troubles untill this winter ,and my germinating and cloning went to shit, so I went and got a reptile heat mat and regained the 100% success.

Shouldn't those ph levels be a little lower? I usually soak the cubes in 5.5 and when they need water I spray w/ 5.7. Maybe mine is too low, but I don't lose plants, unless I'm not keeping an eye on them. Dome them when its dry out. Let them breathe, when they have become more established. Have fun.
