Need help withim identifying bugs

What doe you guys think they are? I added some sand for fungus gnats, I'might guessing they could of came from there.

I have like half of month left before harvest. The flowers are frosty and seem unaffected, Im pretty sure they are not thrip larvae. Any help would be really appreciated.

If it's fungus gnats, the sand should help. That combined with homemade vinegar traps and diameaticous earth helped me get mine in check.

The sand did help with gnats. But I don't think these are fungus gnat larvae, they look different. I really think they came from the sand I put on top.

Try putting diameaticous earth on top of the sand.
