Need help

I have just received them off a friend I have no idea how old they are witch strain there both different strains can someone point me in the right way off looking after them and getting them up to scratch they have LST in place s are in soil definitely not auto seeds

And also can I put my auto flowers in the same tent as them

Those dont look happy at all.Start by checking ph then looking for signs of mites. That thing has alot of twisting going on imo

I'd transplant those into bigger pots with better soil and then just give them plain water for awhile and see what they do. Looks like they're on the verge of overfeeding.

That dirt in those pots looks like something scraped up from a barkdust strip along a driveway. It's mostly rocks, bark chips, and twigs.

Step 1: Transplant into bigger pots of decent soil.

I think your seeing the training and thinking it’s twisting.

Xtsho is prob spot on. All in all they don’t look bad at all. Just need a little preventative maintenance.
