need help

i have a couple plants growing and one i have ben try low stress training on it and now its about a foot tall and in a 5 gallon bucket....but i just looked at the bottom a sec ago and i have two to three inch roots pooking out the bottom...from what ive read its rootbound or close to it......what do i do?:leaf:

so now my question is why do i have so meny roots i have seen the same thing done a couple things diifrent like humidity temp and stuff but they are in a 1.5 gallon

My rule of thumb is a gallon a month, so figure how long you have been growing it and how much more it needs to finish flowering. I would stick with a 10 gal max.

thx ill try it iam trying to stay short.....its les then a footand its wider then the 5 gal buk its in should i continue to lst it to the size i want or start flowering soon?
