Need some advice, first grow.

I'm a little concerned about my plants as their coloring seems to indicate a potential deficiency. That being said, I had to flush the shit out of my hot FFOF soil due to nitrogen toxicity 1 week and 4 days ago. Up until that point I have only fed my girls water. Since then though I have watered twice. I use the knuckle method and feel down an inch or 3 and check for dryness, lift the fabric pots to check for lightness, and look for drooping leaves.

The first watering with plain dechlorinated tap water, I checked my runoff. The PPM read 1191, where the water was 587 just after adjusting the PH to 6.5.

The second watering with dechlorinated tap water I didn't measure the PPM. The PH was adjusted to 6.5 before and after adding the General Hydroponics FloraSeries nutrients at 1/4 strength (see attached feeding schedule #3).

Overall the older leaves look okay, they still show some residual effects from the nitrogen burn (clawing, cupping, yellowing, etc), but I do feel the new leaves presenting as lime green, inconsistent coloring, as well as the cupping, indicates a problem.

Because of height constraints (4x4x80" tent), I need to flip these girls to flowering very soon. I feel like they are already too tall and most are at or above 18". This is my very first grow and wanted to do 100% natural as in no topping or LST. I just wanted to study and learn what the plant does growing naturally. But I will do some topping or LST or whatever to keep things moving in the right direction.

So I guess my questions are:
Is there indeed a nutrient deficiency?
How do I correct it if so?
Can I flip to flower (12/12 lighting) in their current state?

5-gallon pots, straight FFOF soil. 600w MH light, 24/0 light schedule. All Indicas or Indica dominate strain

Flushing it has more than likely made the soil even hotter ,just give them water for a while , have you got good ventilation, .my 600 caused me b8g heat problems, I had similar problems with my forst fee grows i went front hot soil probs to potting soil causing me issues with nute deficency, buy super soil or make your own that way the plant always has access to exactly what it needs , and the bonus is if you time everything you wont even need to flush the foodi n the soil will run out , I dont even have a ph pen , or ec meter ppm meter , now that I'm using super soil . I just don't need them . Happy growing bro , ps folk dilute fox farm with potting soil or such because it can cause problems with some strains .some folk never have a problem with it ,I personally believe it hold the plant back going into flower.

Are you really using recirculating schedule in potting soil?

These doses are for Hydroponics, they are usually 10-20% higher than doses for potting soil (at the end it does not matter coz the ratios are the same). This is quick guide how to mix your nutrient solution: determine which stage of life your plant is, take your schedule and find your medium usually known as “soil”. Than you get for example 10ml of grow, 10ml of micro and 5ml of bloom, this is ratio 2:2:1 G:M:B (this ratio will probably change in flower to 1:2:2 G:M:B but not sure about your schedule) and you make a full strenght nutrient solution giving full doses of each part (I do not know nothing about these additives so can not tell how to use them but okay you have them you want them to use them follow schedule). Mixing full doses of each you will get some total EC (ppm), at the top of the chart you have line called “ppm range”, take the lowest value (950-1400 you gonna start with 950, but you not gonna start with 950 because its shit crazy high and probably this chart is made for !!!700ppm!!! scale and recirculating Hydroponics) and dilute your full strenght solution to you desirable ppm value adding plain water. After that check pH if it is not too low or adjust it around 6,0 +-0,2 and feed untill regular runoff and waste it!
