Need some help with Heat and Humidity

Im in a very low humidity area. I think relative average humidity right now is like 2%. I am also having a horrible time keeping temps down is 48 cu ft closet. I was going to set up a old school evap cooler in the closet. It would basically consist of hanging a towel with the bottom in a gallon or so of water with a small fan blowing air across, towel wicks up water, fan causes evaporation and bingo cool air.


Has anyone used a swamp cooler in grow room in an area that has no humidity. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
