Need some help with this flowering female

Hi guys , I am a Indian grower ... Yup I know we don't still have a legalization so we just get shit weed here,so thought of growing one by myself ... And here I am , the attached pics are of my baby (unknown strain )
I am not using any equipment or any nutes ,
They have been around 50+ days into flower
And I am seeing a lot of white hair and some turning to orange but there is no smell or sticky bud or neither there is any good amount of calaxyes swelling up ...the plant is female and no males or neither its pollinated .... Just using tap water and some compost made soil ... I am growing it outdoor under available sunlight and no artificial lighting ...I know the plant is small but its healthy ....but I think it getting interrupted during its dark 12hr period due to street light ....so can someone suggest me what can I do to improve my bud and get some weight to them and I am also a first time grower so any tip will be always helpful ... and thank for reading it all way ...will be really helpful for any advise or suggestions and If you want some images from other angle please comment below.

looks very sativa dom gonna be flowering 14+ weeks but the high will be good tho

Thanks ..but as I have some problem with 12 hrs darkness period ..so will it be a big problem or the plant will be fine ( until now it has been in that not so perfect darkness from the starting of flowering stage)

As for interrupted dark period, its risk is over rated generally. The natural night sky in rural areas is often very bright due to the moon and stars.
But we don’t know how much or how direct the light is.
Put a trash can over it at night maybe if you’re worried about it. And if you mean it’s getting bright white streetlamp directly, definitely cover it.

If you don’t feed her, you can’t expect her to put on weight. Makes sense eh? A bit too late now, but add fresh coconut water to water 1:4. You might even notice a visible difference after a sugar boost.

Thanks for the advise will try it and update about the results

They look fantastic welldone!! Thinking of readily available supplements...you could use black strap molasses or equivilent for sugar/carb boost but warning using it helps develop microbes which will shit and die, when they do they release nitrogen. So limited time only.

@Father Ramirez would a barley sst be any good for him in flower would the enzymes be of any use now?

As you said those supplement will improve the nitrogen content but upto my information flowering doesn't require N in more quantity so can you give some insight about the dosage and frequency of using the supplement ...still thanks for you insight )

I wasn’t familiar with barley sst but it sounds right.
I didn’t know about microbes releasing N upon dying. All pro tip sir! I knew to use sugar sparingly. Now I know why
Many things work. Guinness Stout, although it’s a shame to not drink every drop myself!!

looks to me it isnt getting enough light or nutes at 5 weeks that looks pretty bad imo

It is getting no nutes at all from the germination till this stage I used only tap water and whatever it absorbs from the compost mixed soil that's it and for the light it not exactly outdoor too ..its in a balcony which receive specific light for specific time at specific angle so ...still had to manage because can't really keep it in open because it is still illegal in India
So I think what growth it has shown to what it getting as raw material it much satisfactory results to me still will try to improve the light conditions ..
