I've ordered from them multiple times great customer service.

Can you post a screenshot of them saying they don't care?

They should learn what a proper customer service is !!!

Did you request "International Tracked Delivery"?
Or "Standard International Delivery"?

They state in multiple places on their site that you must purchase guaranteed delivery to have seeds resent. Thats your own fault.

Don't purchase the guarantee & the risk is all yours.

Bitching about this should really be done in the mirror.

Yeah I mean there justified arguments about some aspects, but its unfair to call them a rip off and to say they don't care.

So you went cheap, didn't buy the guarantee & can't understand why they consider the transaction complete?
