in the third, there is way too much stem stretch, bury it in dirt up to the first set of leaves, keep your lights as close as possible, make sure you have a fan on them to strengthen the stems, MG is fine as long as it's NOT the 'added' ferts' stuff. as for what nutes you need, that depends on where you live. In BC you can walk into a local 'dro' store and just purchase the neat stuff. Here in the states, i use 'Schultz liquid plant food plus' at 10-15-10 for vegging, and MG plant food booster at 24-8-16 for flowering.
For you, no nutes or ferts for the first 3 weeks, then start at 1/4 strentgh for next two waterings, then increase it to 1/2 strength for next two, and so on
Water every 3-4 days, DO NOT OVERWATER, an all too common mistake

Wow man...you have your shit together way better than most first-time growers. +rep for that. Amazing job so far!

Advice:
1) Miracle grow soil is fine (especially if you have the 'Organic' version), but avoid it next time. If you transplant, try to use something better (Fox Farms Ocean Forest would be amazing, but there are many other cheaper soils that are great too).
2) The lighting/air circulation/temps sounds great. One important exception: Keep it all 18/6 or all 24/0, but make up your damn mind! The way you have it now (with the HPS 18/6 but the other on 24/0) will confuse your plants! I would keep them all on 18/6.
3) Once week 4 rolls around, you'll want to invest in some nutes. If you have a hydroponics store around, that's your best bet. If not, try a garden center (a dedicated nursery/garden center is better than Home Depot's garden section, etc.). You're looking for 20-10-10 NPK ratio for veg (the ratio doesn't have to be that exactly, but you want higher Nitrogen levels). And then later you'll want 10-20-10 for flowering (again- not exact ratios, but just higher Phosphorus levels). At week 4, start using the veg nute at QUARTER STRENGTH OF WHAT THEY RECOMMEND. That's VERY important. Do NOT use at full strength!

But you are doing a great job so far. Keep up the good work!

Umm what do you think is wrong with it...? The leaves are light green, yea, but from the picture (granted the picture is a bit fuzzy) they certainly don't look grey and it's fine overall. The leaves are a tiny bit droopy, but certainly not enough to worry. How often are you watering? I'd bet money on overwatering, mostly 'cause everybody does it. Remember: every 3-4 days, and only when the soil is dry (you want the soil to dry out in between waterings so air can reach the roots).
