New cfl grow need help *PICS*

my plant is about 5 or 6 weeks into veg and i had to keep swapping lights cuz i was upgrading but now i have 3 100w=23w 6500k cfl and 1 150w 3500k cfl
my leafs are curling inward and the tips are also and seems slow on growing? also when should i do 12/12 lighting?

help or comments please
*edit* i also have a fan blowing from the side that u cant see

very well could be heat, i had a similar prob, what kind of vent do you have?

ok, yes, is that a 1000cfm blower fan, a computer fan, or and oscilating fan... and what does it feel like with your hand right above the plants?

I agree with htb. The soil looks really moist and it could result in sagging leaves. The soil could use some perlite too to help with the drainage. Good Luck.

oh... i read it wrong, my bad, i thought it said upwards,, but yea could be over watering.

my plant did this one time. i transplanted and it fixed the problem within hours

i have a little fan its not that power ful but keeps the temp like 60-70? not sure.. and how would i put perlite in it? id have to transplant it?

ya transplanting is the only way you could do it, but you could probably still use the same pots.
