new clone clippings growth

This is my first time cloning; these clippings are 3 days old. The growth circled in red is new and im wondering what it could be given there aren't any visual roots this early on. Ive read about roots developing in the nodes up the stem above the root chamber if your humidity is high, could this be the case? This is a high pressure aerocloner with intermittent spray times

The clone was taken from a mother that was sexually mature and those are
her lady parts.
It will take a while for your roots

ahh I see. is that not optimal, should the clones have been clipped earlier? Or does that not effect rooting time?

It will root just fine.
It wasnt deep in flower when it was taken.
it looks good
