This season will be my first. 20 plants, 5 nirvana short rider(fem), 5 nirvana swiss cheese (fem) and 10 Nirvana N.Lights. I'm experimenting with the outdoor innovation package they offer with the soiltabs and flowertabs so I'll show you how they come out as the season progresses. My soil mix is a good amount of peat moss, Epsoma blood meal, Epsoma Flower-tone, vermiculite, perlite, and some other assorted manure and compost. So excited to get this rolling and can't wait to get some feedback. It's just starting to warm up here so I'm pretty excited to get these plants out in a month or so. Let me know if you've got any suggestions. This will be in the woods so I'm going to try to prune some trees to get optimal sunlight without cutting them down completely.

Ahh I've never heard that but I'm getting some fox urine and other precautionary things of that sort to keep them away.

Good luck, I also got some short rider seeds (reg) about 1 week in from sprout. Have you used fem seeds from nirvana before? I was skeptical of getting the fem, but if its consistent i wouldnt mind paying more money for less seeds to ensure females.

Yeah this is my first time growing. I hear that feminized really doesn't Guarantee a female your chances are just far higher. Just make sure not to stress the plant a ridiculous amount and I'm sure you'll end up with some nice buds.

Good luck to ya. Only advice I can give ya is don't put all your seeds down (eggs one basket deal) keep a couple to the side in case something unforseen ocurrs. That way you have back ups. You can start new ones all the way up to july in your region and be safe.

I'll have to remember that. I'm not putting them all in one spot so hopefully an unforeseen circumstance doesn't strike all of them at once. It's a learning experience so hopefully I can rn into as many manageable mistakes as I can (as strange as that sounds).

I'm not having more than 3 plants per site. I feel with the whole guerrilla growing thing you cant have everything in the same spot if it gets busted.

I've got my wee little plants in the ground at the moment. However, one seems to be a tad odd. This photo is of the end of a fan leaf. I haven't watered since i put them out 2 days ago but I'm going to tomorrowImage05012011190325.jpgImage05012011190437.jpgThis one seems to have small speckles on it. I don't think its mites - perhaps early signs of a deficiency?Image05012011190513.jpg
Help a brother out! These are all nivana NL by the way.

I think you might be giving it a little too much food, its easy to overdue it, especially when they are young.

i doubt you would see signs of a deficiency this early. if anything it would be nute burn. try flushing it out with water and hold off on feeding for a while.

if you started with healthy soil you shouldnt hafto feed for a couple weeks at least, look up overferting and stuff like that, and good luck
