What's the R value on that spray foam? Does this climate get snow/harsh winters? Cool seeing big budget stuff like this. Using packaged units isn't something you see often. It's usually splits for smaller/mid-sized growers, and chillers for the bigger guys.

Not sure the R value of the 2" closed cell. I do know I was told but have since forgotten. We do get cold winters here but "cold" is relative. If you're from Florida then yeah it's cold. If you're from up north then no you wouldn't consider our winters harsh. We get really cold, but our winters are relatively short.
As far as HVAC goes package units are used more frequently than you would think. I see many folks using mini splits and like most things everyone has a preference for one reason or another. None of them are necessarily wrong, just personal preference.

Nobody is using mini splits at this scale...
