New Grow Room, Ventilation and power issues

I have a 12X8 foot "closet" off of my bathroom and I don't have nearly that much clothes to put in there. So naturally I want to grow some legal CA Medical Marijuana, Meaning exactly 24 total plants with exactly 6 budding at any given moment.

I believe these two things could be a problem and hoping someone has got some advice.

1) Since it is a closet it only has one set of outlets. Power issue maybe
2) No windows and no ventillation given again it is a closet.

Anyone got any alternative ways to make this space work, because otherwise I will cry for I will have no weed.

BTW, I have $3000 to spend including seeds, pots, and everything else

simple, plug in a radio loud in the closet, find the circuit breaker from it, trip it and see what else in your house turns off. this will not only save you much headache in the long run, but u can also see what other items you have on that circuit and try to maybe only run your grow it. This will save you a headache of installing a dedicated line and im guessing you'll really need it cuz $3000 will get you some pretty powerful equipment.

how far away is your furnace outtake if it is close you could use that to puss air out of you house and noone is the wizer. intake is easy you really dont need a window for your intake just as long as it is some kind of fresh air. hell if you have a basement you could cut a hole in your floor and use that as your intake and that woul be easy to hide.

By the time you get everything, down to the soil and pots and nutes, you'll easily spend $1000-1500.

You should be okay for power.

I suggest buying a 600w HPS Light kit (Ballast,buld,COLDTUBE). With lack of ventillation, you'll need to find ways to keep the heat inside your grow area to a minimum.

Do you have a window CLOSE to the entrance of the closet? You'lll need to bring fresh air into your grow area, as well as push exhaust out of your grow room.

Looking at your situation...I think grow tent right away (google: HOMEBOX) This way you can keep your closet door open at all times without disrupting light cycles, and send air through ducts to the closest window...

There are many people with similar situaions...so look around the site a bit more for other opinions dude. 12x8 is a decent size space, and $3000 is a lot of $ to work with. I think a solid ventillation system and good lighting should be your focus.

Thanks everybody for the ideas. I have central air vent in the bathroom so I guess I could shut the door from bathroom to room and leave door from closet to the bathroom and get one of these tent.

Big Project ahead of me.
