hello RIU community,

I'm a new grower so please have patients :P.

I'm currently growing a White Widow (Feminised). I planted the seed on the 11th of September so she's 73 days old, I flipped her 11 days ago on the 12th of November. she's growing in a 1.2m x 1.2m x 2.0m grow tent with 600w MH lighting. I have topped her multiple times and I think most of her looks pretty good. Any tips while she's in flowering what to do and what not to do? Please give me some feedback and if any one could give me any helpful input it's really appreciated!! :)
Here are some photos, not the best shots bit hard to see but best I can do. What do you think of her, how's she look?

She looks awesome dude, congrats! It looks like the flowering adventure is coming along nicely. The topping came out killer though you have a very bushy lady

i agree. good job. keep it up like you are. one thing i'll suggest to you, is when you flip the lighting to 12-12, you dont want to switch up to a bloom nute for at least another 2weeks. continuing with veg nutes give the plant what it needs for the stretch. i see alot of growers switch right away, and they end up with extremely yellow plants very early into flower. when you flip, it starts the stretch, and that requires N. if you cut the N when it needs it most, it resorts to cannabalizing itself...hence the yellow dying leaves. good luck

Been doing quite a lot of reading on trimming/pruning yellow dying leaves whilst in FLOWERING. There's way to many different opinions out there but I'd like to hear what you guys do. Do you leave the dying leaves on there until they fall off naturally? Or do you trim the yellow parts of the leaf and leave the remaining green parts or do you remove the whole leaf once it's say 70% yellow? Any advice on this would be great n highly appreciated!! Thanks RUI community:)!!

I like to do a "bump test" on my yellowing leaves. If I tap it and it easily falls or bends over and doesn't bounce back up, it's removed. If it stays firm, I'll let it stay because it seems she can get a little more from the leaf and I want them to use all the food before I remove them.

Thank you very much Joe blows trees and Oregon gardener for your feedback! Nothing I have read so far online has mentioned to do this and this by far sounds the most sensible and makes the most sense to me. So I will now be using the "Bump test"! Once again guys thank you very much for your replies it is muchly appreciated!! :)

Hello again all here's another update on my white widow,

So I have just checked my timer and I have knocked it from 12/12 to 14/10 some how :( !! Really not impressed and now I think this could be the reason why my buds are just not fattening out what so ever and once again sorry about the photos I know it's hard to see but if you can see the new growth in the heads the leaves have changed shape and aren't sugar coated anymore as to me it looks she's going back into veg :( ! I have just turned back timer to 12/12 so I'm hoping things will be half okay :/. Would love some help ASAP on this one, sad to see her go downhill when she was doing well not so long ago! Do you guys think with changing light cycle back + feeding her should fatten them Buds up? Or would you say this plants a loss? Any feedback is appreciated thanks again RIU community!!

I have had something similar happen when playing with the light cycle.Actually, I've had a bunch of dumb stuff happen. Regardless you are on 12/12 now and you're only 40 or so days into flower. I know you're in panic mode now but take a deep breath and keep growing.Don't overcompensate with ferts or anything crazy. Just finish like nothing bad happened. Unless you have unstoppable infestations of bugs or blight do not give up. You will get some good smoke if you dry it and cure it right. It's all a learning experience. Here is one of my "experiences" Personally, I'm already thinking about the next round. You should be too.

Okay great I'll just keep her going she's back on 12/12 and just see what happens from here on thanks very much Oregon gardener for replying, definitely takes the pressure off and not as stressed now but yeah I'll update in a week or so and see how we are going then. Once again thank you very much for your feedback!! :)

Looking very nice. Just give decent amount of PK and woosh.. It's basically done. :)
However, I would get a HPS for flowering instead of that MH.

Hey guys just a quick couple of questions,

I was wondering since my plant has gone into Re-veg :( how long roughly should it take her to go back into flowering once light cycle has been fixed?

I also have a few photos of her new growth here, once again sorry about poor photo quality. It's probably to early to say shes back in flowering im guessing? Ahhh I just want her back into flowering so I know everything's okay. I'm not sure if I should have kept lights off for 24hrs or just corrected lighting to 12/12 when I realised she was re-vegging. Any feed back is appreciated guys thanks to all in advance!! :)
