no nutes
periodic spray w/ Neem oil and copper sulfide

I'm stumped and any help would be appreciated

Neem if they are flowering is bad

Looks kinda burnt, no clue what the sulfer will do

I'd stop spraying

My Dude, it's July and flowering doesn't even start for 2 months.........
I'm not sure what I'll use then, but, for now, the bugs are afeasting and neem oil works great

Purple Top Phytoplasma disease, most likely from leafhoppers. This virus has been spreading like wildfire in the US. I have dealt with it for 2 years in a row now, only outdoors.

what was the damage?

It completely destroyed half of my plants the last two years.

If you over sprayed them. The runoff could very well have made you soil copper toxic. Which is what it appears to be to me. The copper toxic soil can also cause root damage.
