New growth on weak plant?

HI folks wanted to get some ideas going.
I have a hermie that was seperated from the ladies, therefore didn't get as much light. He's been holding on as best he can for approx 1.5 months and there are some decent flowers @ the top. Can't get photos to add, I'll try in the reply area.

Well now most of the tops have a fresh non flowering sprout. What do youse suggest? Harvest as usual when ready? Or keep trucking along / get him better light? I have no idea.

Its revegging cause its no longer getting 12/12. What are you trying to accomplish with a hermd plant?

I kept hermie going because I needed the seeds, now it's just an experiment. Looks like I won't get any seeds anyways..Hoping my next grow is much better!
