New Jersey recreational grow

Hey guys as you probably all know New Jersey finally legalized our favorite plant in the world. I have a few questions because I’m looking to get in the business (The cultivation side of the business my favorite part honestly) but have no idea how to even go about it. Hopefully there’s people here who have done it before in there states who can give me some knowledge on how to start the business I’ll really appreciate it
