New problem under LED.....never seen this before under hps

I've been getting this weird cola top on some of my plants since I switched to LED. Sometimes one or even 2 cola tops will grow this small tiny leafless bud for a top and it hardly gets big. Got a recent pic. This is @ 4 weeks.

This is the weird top. I had pulled it off and said fuck it, I'll just top it. But then I figured I would take a pic and ask about it so I stuck it back on top for the pic as best I could.



This has happened on 4 different types of plants since I switched over and I'm clueless to what's causing it.

Any help appreciated.

I grow under LED and haven't seen the problem, though I have felt the buds don't necessarily grow as large as I'd like. It might be helpful to know more specifics about your LED setup.
