New Room and fairly new grower

Greetings everyone! Hope you are all well and taking care of your lungs properly! Just moved into a new place. I completed two grows in my old basement, so still learning a lot. My new house has a room in the basement that is 12x18, and I also have a room to the side of it that has some shelving and such. I plan on using this mostly as a cloning station. I have no idea on what to do with this much space at the moment. I've got 4 1000watt ballasts... I can do 600 or 1000 bulbs out of these. I also have 2 630watt full spec LED's (Perfect Sun) . I've just kind of played around on my own learningI've recently started reading this site, and thought it might be a good opportunity to get some ideas from you all. Thought about trying the Hempy buckets, as I've not gone that route. Did regular soil, organic soil in first grow. Made my own DWC tubs for the 2nd one. Blue Venom turned out great from the DWC! Anyway... I thought maybe we could all kick some setup ideas around, and maybe I can journal it on here for us to all learn, and get a good chuckle out of. Ha

I'm thinking a 12x18 room, and some different lighting options We might be able to put together a couple of different small growing projects and have some fun Again hope you are all well, and staying cool

Sounds like you have more than enough lighting for that room. Get some air exchange going and plant some seeds!!! If DWC worked out so well for you the last time, then hempy will too. I'm going to try a hempy bucked after my current plant is finished up, about 5 or 6 weeks left. Let us know how everything ends up I like checking out grow rooms.

How many plants do you want to grow, and what are you going to do, smoke it or sell it?
You definitely have the area for a lot of plants, but what are you going to do with them?
Also, it's my opinion in an indoor grow, go hydro, with a RDWC system, if you can swing it.

Seeds are the way to go, definitely in my opinion.
Clones are cool if you have a great mother, but a plant from seed is a stronger plant without a doubt.
You need a stable plant of course, but that not really hard to attain now from a good seed bank.
Did clones for awhile, but now I just use seed.

We are legal in MI now, so yes I'm ecstatic. I really feel like I got a great area guys would like to have. I feel like it's my obligation to do right by them. Would like to get something perpetually set up. Harvest every 2 weeks.

Thanks long! I'm hooked and I'm ready to kick some ass. This is a great area and will try and get pics of the room up. I got some planning to do before I just get growing. I don't want to waste plants time or money. Plan the work and work the plan. Then smoke one...
