New room

I just built a wall in my basement to section off an area for a hobby grow room. Right now, it is 8’x14’6”. When entering the room, there are pipes along the floor joists, so my plan as of now, is to section this off to an 8x8 and a 8x6ish. Put the tent in the back 8x8 room with the front smaller room being for a select few mothers, clones and basically a “workshop” area....nute storage and mixing, pruning room etc. Is this a feasible layout or would you lay it out differently? I think this will give me room to add a second flower tent later on, or turn the entire 8x8 area into flower.
walls will be insulated and drywalled (probably double 5/8’s for sound, fire and sealing....and I’m a drywaller so it’s free!), and a good moisture primer.
Main questions I have are, intake/exhaust and electrical. How do I set it up so it’s cohesive for a tent but easily upgraded in the future? Obviously with it being and unfinished basement, I can vent in and out through the rim joist.....just not sure if it should go from one room to the other or just how it should theoretically work!
As far as electrical, I know just enough to be dangerous!
Any and all input and advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

I did a few closet grows years ago that were just mothers and clones to put outside in the summer. This will be my first time doing start to finish indoors. That’s why I plan to just start with a 4x4 tent for flowering. I am building the room basically for inaccessibility for kids. If it weren’t for them, I would just have a tent in the corner of the basement! Lol
