i think spraying your plants every thirty minutes could be contributing to the droopage. i dont normally spray mine more than once a day if i spray them. *(side note: spraying under leaves as well as tops of leaves can be very beneficial)

Just paint the walls white, better than any foil or chip bag, if you are ded set on having pretty reflective material get the wrapping paper with the mylar back. If you are spraying your plant every 30 min then stop. You should water it every 3-4 days at that size with that light. Just stick your finger in the soil a couple inches, if it is moist leave it alone. Have you used any nutes? Your PH meter is fine, the soil is probably nutrual. No you need more light to flower that.

okay, i appreciate ALL the feedback on reflective uses & watering
i just came back from the store & bought a 100W flood bulb
compared to the 13W work light & fluorescent light that i have
the flood bulb should be enough & work better than those 2 lights together

as for the reflectivity, i'll get the wrapping paper
i was at the store & seen some wrapping paper that looked like mylar
only thing is, it was sparkly & had stars, i didn't know, if it would still do
but, if it does, i can just grab those to take place of white computer paper

okay, this i just put in
here are pictures of the lighting
it does give of some serious heat
5-10 seconds in & i can feel it already

how close, should i put it?
i don't want it to dry my plant out & kill it
maybe 5-7" away from the top? i don't know...

i just found a 75W blacklight, lol
would that be better than the flood bulb?
just a little curious...
if you had a choice between the 2, which would you go for?.. lol
flood blub or blacklight?

well, does it say it's an 'incandescent' type of bulb, on the casing?
like on the back of the package, for the flood bulb?
if it is an 'incandescent', would the blacklight be a better choice?
i have CFL's, but the type of lamp i'm using, only can hold 1 bulb

just a question, growing with a 'incandescent' light
what are the effects of using it, to grow a plant?..

i need to know, within the next 2 hours
because an hour after that, is the next 'lights on' for my plant...

EDIT: well, it doesn't say it's a 'incandescent' bulb
but, i just read the caution & it sounds like it
"CAUTION: This reflector flood bulb gets VERY HOT when in use
Allow it to completely cool off before handling
"...................

damnit.........

Do NOT use that flood light , it will burn the shit out of your plant. I see you have only one plant ,I would buy two "clamp-on" utility lights, two splitters, and four 100 watt equivilent CFLs , surround your plant with light , about 3 inches between light and Mary Jane. let it go and don't spray so much.

damn, so, until then
i HAVE to use the BLACKLIGHT (75W)
the only CFL's that i have, right now are bright white equivalent bulbs
on the bulb, it says 14W & on the case for the bulbs, it says 60W
it's confusing, 14W x 4 = 56W, can someone clarify that for me? lol

EDIT
& also, how many WATTS will it take, for me to grow ONE (1) plant
that i will flower, once it has reached, 10-12" tall?

Blacklights wont work - do yourself a favor and either invest in a shitload of CFLs some really good Fluros (what are they guys - t5s or t8s?). I mean that is if you arent inclined enough to go fork out the money for the HPS or MH those are ur best bets.
