New to led. What does this mean?

From what I can tell those LEDs that the panel is made up of aren't capable of growing weed. Those are standard "through hole" LEDs and don't produce enough light of sufficient intensity to grow weed. Catnip for the cat, probably, but not weed. Sorry :-(.
Ok thanks FranJan. "Through the hole" you say? I'll have to read up...

If you're going to use LEDs, you should really look to see what people here are currently succeeding with and copy them. There is a lot of crap on the market, and that is among the crappiest of crap. When people here refer to their shitty old UFOs, those UFOs are still way better than those epoxy lens leds.

Check out the threads made by supra, positivity, flux, captainmorgan, and basically anyone who has a thread here growing with leds and check to see what kind of results they got.

Maybe look at DYI cxa3070 cobs or similar. Everyone has their own COB DIY here these days.

Here's what my vero 29 cob setup looks like, as an example.

Those lights can be used to decorate your home, espeically during parties. You can probley grow some nice indoor plants with them. But not cannabis
