New to organics

Having a hard time finding a fulvic and humic acid products what are some of the ones you use

I guess the better question to ask is are they necessary to add to your soil/teas for optimal results or is using beneficial bacteria and fungal bacteria teas good enough?

i use mine about once every other week

Keep in mind less is better, good old worm casting/kelp/mollasses will due the job
