New to RIU and grow room heat/odor worry

Hey everyone, I'm new to this site and am looking to start a grow room.

So far I have:

1 Bubbleponics
HTGSupply Ultimate 400w HPS & MH Grow Light

Both of which are currently unused because I want to make sure to cover as much as I can before I start

I was thinking about getting the following:

Grow Tent - Size XL 77 x 77 x 77
Another bubbleponics
Another 400W MH ballast
GrowBright 4" Inline Fan & Carbon Filter Combo
And another 4" Inline growbright

This is going to be in a small room in my garage. It's about a 9x9 room I think and unventilated and not air conditioned.

My plan is to divide the tent and have veggie on one side for mom and cloning/growing and flowering on the other. Two small oscillating fans, one on either side and have the intake fan go to the garage (and I live in a hot, humid area during the summer) and use the other fan as exhaust/filtration into the attic.

Odor is very important because I live next door to some fuzz. I'm also worried about the heat because I'm getting air from the garage.

Does anyone see a problem or have a suggestion for this setup? I do not have the tools to do building, so I'm trying to be money conscience with as little "complicated" DIY as possible.

your going to have some heat problems. i just had to go temporarily to cfl's in my own grow cuz the exact light that you are using got my grow closet up to 120 degrees. the jury is still out on if any of my babies made it.

Ahh that's rough. If I put a cooling unit on the inside of the room or a window AC unit in the garage just outside the intake fan, maybe that would help the heat situation? anyone else have a similar setup with good results?

So I was thinking instead of getting another 400W for the growth/mother section I could get a 2 Foot 6 Lamp High Output T5 from HTG.

Also, if I can find a way to pull air from the (air conditioned) house thru the tent and back into the house maybe that would take care of any heat problems?

If I do this I would be pumping the filtered air back into the house, so my question is, how well do those carbon filters work, will there be any noticeable smell? tough to keep random roommates while doing this if it doesn't eliminate almost all of the smell.
