hey buddy so just wanted to stop by and tell you that adding n to the ids worked great i saw a difference within 3 days.cant wait to see what they look lie tomorrow. i am in flower but whether in veg or flower if they need N then give it to em.!you will be glad you did...i had the same problem in veg i was using sensi grow , b52,voodoo,and sensical, only when they turn a little yellow.it was like adding calcium and nitrogen. i didnt have a formula for veggin i just did what the plants told me they needed. i started at 200 ppm and bumped it up 100 everytime till i started seeing the tips turn yellow then i bumped it back down a notch and it worked great.this is also my method for flowering.i have a couple diff strains so each one takes the nutrient solution differently. it took a couple waterings but i figured it out.now its cake.hope i was of some help. !

Got some new pics here. still awaiting the arrival of my PPM meter, PH meter, and a couple other test kits for soil and N-P-K. I am starting to think what i thouht was a nitrogen deff. is just a problem in my PH. I have some crappy test strips that i used to check my nute solution PH and I personally think its a little low at like 5.5ish but like i said these strips suck. need to check my run off but am awaiting these test kits and meters.

Pictures are taken today 3-26, 6 days after topping. Stems are gettng huge and these girls are bushing out bigtime. the growth is so think pictures dont do justice. I think topping so early really helped them bush out with less stress. I think they recovered very quickly and all of the nodes blew up fat. Gonna mix m GO nutes a little stronger this time around and soak em. Hope they can handle it hehe

hey, welcome to RIU fellow michigander! nice looking girls. nice to see another legal MMJ patient/cg here. you may want to check ou the 3ma as its a mi based site. lots of good mi only info there.

good looking grow though, coming along nicely.
im also using happy frog. so far my ph (using a cheap ph meter is about 7ish. which for dirt is about right as i understand it.

remember the plants will get a bit stressed after a transplant. can take a day or 3 to recover and get along its merry way. could explain things you may be seeing if you recently transed them.

prett decent group of peeps here though.
GL and keep us up to date on the girls.

Nice to meet you and thanks for your comments. Also I believe what I thought was a defficiancy was actually burn and looks like it is clearing up after 2 days of plain water to flush. Think ill give em another day or 2 then get back on the nutes but only 1/2 strength. I had actually doubledthe manufacturers feed schedule from the begining. Here are some updated photos, I did some tying down today and actually pinched and bent 2 branches on on of the plants to try that out. one plant i left alone cause it is growing awesome with like 9 main colas growing up and some smaller ones down low so i am leaving it alone. I sat some boxes under them to get em closer to those 1000s. Have been misting regularly and temps are staying nice around 73low-80high running my lights 24/0 for veg. Still awaiting my PPM meter and test kits. ohwell...

Only been 2 more days since my recent photos but these girls have thickened up and gotten a bit taller. I flushed them out for 2 1/2 - 3 days with plain distilled water and that has seemed to cure my nute problem. I went back to nutes today at 1/2 strength and they are all lookin a lot healthier. I trimmed off the ugly leaves that had burn on them which i hate cutting anything off but now they are all beautiful. Ill get some good pics up tomorrow or sunday.
