Newb grower need some help

i made the mistake myself of using the miracle grow soil AGAIN . Last time i didnt have any issues with it but this time i could tell that they didnt appreciate it , although after i gave them a real good flush to try and wash away as much of the nutes as i could theyve started growing pretty fast.

i orginally had them in a cardboard box that my pc tower came in. its a haf 922 so its a decent sized box but since i transplaned into 5 gallon bucket i cant so i been putting under a window but helicopter flies over all the time so im kinda paranoid to do that

i continuously cloned a single white russian mother that i grew and kept for a mother for just about 2 years and the clones from her i promise they just loved the miracle grow AND botanicaire pro bloom and karma , so i would assume that it does depend on the strain.

YES, you sound as though u need help. Have your plants flowered? Have they been sexes? ALL FEMALES are what u want, males are non product.
Buy a GROW TENT. Start seedlings using 18 to 24 hour light cycles. Once flowered reduce lights to 12 on 12 off, considered the bloom stage. Depending on strain, 8 to 10 weeks (when trichromes are amber-white, HARVEST. FAN DRY 24 hrs. Cure for better quality, like wine 30 days in jar,leave top off in dark dry place.
U just received OAKSTERDAM UNIVERSITY, class 2010, info, GROW TENT is a MUST. Darkness must not ne disturbed, until flashing. 17th day lights off for 24hrs. Look for flower within 10 days, if a pistol comes out DISTROY as this would be a male plant.

yeah i know females is what i want. they are still in veg i havent had any signs of anything yet. grow tents are more then a grow box that i can build myself to do the same thing and save money

man idk I just moved my grow room into a vacant 10x10 room. I only use a 400w during veg then (2) 400w for flowering. definatly not enough light for the space. I was going to build another room inside the room split it into two ya know. But after calculating costs for lumber and the time spent building a room (im OCD so if one side sat 1/8" off I'd have to redue it. A buddy convinced me to get a tent which I thought was a waste considering the $$ but man SOOO WORTH IT!! to be able to keep everything in it's little area all confined makes it so much easier to control temps, humidity, etc... When I started out I had my light hanging from the cieling with boxes around lined in foil lol. The tent was my best purchase in fact Im about to buy another 2x4 to cram into the room with my 5x5 tent for my regular plants lol (peppers, chilis, orange tree, kiwis, lettuce, and other herbs...)

Heres some advice from someone who has redone their grow area multiple times. Do it right in the beginning because to change shit later is such a pain in the ass! also dude after you get this grow out of the way get some good seeds! why risk getting busted of bagseed? although sounds like your setup is pretty small and will go unnoticed, I hope this for everyone!

I cant afford anything good and getting a bagseed from that is slim anyways. i dont know of a site that will ship to a non medical state all i need is a little tent anyways. i just dont got the money to do it. unless i can find a tent for like 50 bucks. but even then i need a HID light
 
check amazon? or ebay? and plenty of people get seeds that don't live in medical states. The Attitude or Nirvana doens't give a shit where you live just that your check goes through :)

I used to too. Heres how I look at it.

Its not illegal to buy a HID light as their are many people who garden indoors, infact a neighbor of mine has a 1000watt and multiple t5's setup and he doens't grow any bud.
Cops aren't searching through every online purchase that would be impossible and with the economy and budget cuts they couldn't afford too. Now if you being watched by them which I highly doubt you are then they maybe can use internet purchases to hep build a case but never for one alone.

It's not illegal to buy a grow tent, it's not illegal to buy HID lights, It's not illegal to buy ballasts or hydro equipment.

I used to get wigged out about electricity consumption untill I realized my girls hairdryer uses 3x the amount of watts my lights do. Infact my heater uses 3x as much as my lights. I wouldn't worry about electricity consumption unless you got multiple rooms and multiple lights. It's not illegal to use energy just make sure you pay your bill. If the police even look at your electricity that isn't enough evidence to prove anything, people use electricity in many differant ways all the time. Same thing with fly overs picking up a thermal image of a house isn't enough evidence to even gain the police a search warrant because of the example above of people who brings plants in every winter or just grow plants inside.

I've bought tents, lights, ballasts, etc off of amazon with no problems the sellers are trying to make money not trying to bust people. The only way I could see you getting busted buying online is if they are already building a case on you and just use the purchases as evidence to get a warrant but then they still have to prove this whole setup is for growing an illegal plant and not thousands of other possible legal ones. At first I used to drive an hour to a hydro store to get all my shit because of this. I realized that first off they charge out the ass and you can get much cheaper and better items online.

yea i kinda figured that. i was gonna order it online and take a chance or just sprout some tomatoes inside and use them as a throw off.
 
I mean in order for cops to get a warrant they have to go to the judge and present enough evidence that would prove your growing then the judge would sign the warrant. If they don't have enough conclusive evidence the judge isn't going to risk a mishap and sign the warrant without knowing for sure what is going on. this usually needs an eye witness of the grow op or someone buying from you. Plus I don't believe (i hope) cops wouldn't waste their time doing a huge investigation and following you over a couple plants under a 400w, I mean what would they gain from that? their in it to bust people but only for a gain to get the next big person. Just don't flaunt your grow around and your good.

Temps might be an issue thats one of those things you find out as you set up. I grow in a basement when lights are on it doesn't get above 73 when lights off I have a heater to keep it above 65. My buddy uses an 8bulb 4ft t5 light and struggles to keep temps in lower 80's just depends on where you grow. Also don't forget to get an inline fan to exchange the air.

yeah and what about the smell? could you give me some links ? i would appreciate that. i live in florida so temps are def a issue.
 
well smell, I use a carbon scrubber because I exhaust my grow room into an adjacent room in the house so the air goes everywhere in the house. If you vent straight outdoors and don't have any neighbors near by you could prolly get away with not having one but not recommended. You can make all sorts of homemade contraptions for smell, I've never tried any as Im lazy and just prefer to drop the $ on the sure thing. If your just venting into your house and you don't have kids or anyone ever comming to visit maybe you can just exhaust without a filter just now when in flowering everyone will know! Bud plants that are in flower smell different that a bowl of nug just lighted up. I can tell a difference which means others with a lil knowledge will too. the thing of not using one just think what happens when your AC unit stops working and you need a repair man, or the cable guy, or the guy remodeling the bathroom. would they smell it?
