Newb Question: Need help with draining tray in a low ceiling area.

Okay so here is the scenario, I have a 3.3x3.3x7 (had to chop the poles down to fit the tent in the room) and I have a tray in the middle of the room. The ceilings are low so I don't wanna get too high off the ground but I need to somehow drain my tray. Last grow I used a shop vac to just suck out all the extra water however this time im up stairs and its going to be a pain in the ass to figure out.

can someone who has been in this situation please give me some master advice !
