hay all germinated some seeds they came through fine but look like cress and are well floppy is this normal if not what should I do cheers

It's not unusual that a seedling needs a little help. A small bamboo stake or chopstick alongside and I personally use a wire tie loosely around the stem.

To prevent this... a slight breeze can help to strengthen stem.

ya hard to say without knowing your setup. i use cfls and they are never more than 3" away from my seedlings and i dont get stretch, nice and sturdy little ones. but they are right, if you have your light too far away youll get a long floppy seedling. and yes the fan is a great idea, helps strengthen them really well actually. but ya give us a run aroud of your setup and you will get more help.

need a fan blowing at all times for stem strength, prop her up if shes laying over ,u can add soil to bury a bit deeper also.

If it is stretch I would re-pot burying stem almost up to cotyledon leaves. Better this than have floppy seedling struggling to keep upright. Careful with your watering. And it is important to get light distance correct, cannot advise as don't know your light set up.
