Obviously, the plant size will be a function of the pot size. Big pot, big plant. As seedlings it's reflected in reverse. A seedling will attempt to focus on root development at the beginning to ensure its survival. Once that happens, it's a lot harder to kill. If it gets munched on by a rabbit, it just branches off.

I had no idea. I've been using Jiffy Pellets for years and always watered from the top LOL
Yeah yeah... Fill a tray and just add a half inch of water in the tray and Bob's your uncle :)

If you leave them in there for like 4 weeks, the roots will grow into the other plugs. I regularly keep them for 4 weeks, but I split them into another tray because I'm feeding by then.

I've been doing it so long I won't change. I up pot to pint pots within a few days of sprouting too.

Nice!
Are you feeding yet? If you're not, go into it slowly.
1/4 strength for the first week, then 1/2, then full by the 3rd.

Remember. Always follow the directions.

You only have two little ones so pull out your calculator and figure out a batch that you can use once. Make a new batch every second feeding, but a fresh batch is best with every feeding.

I only have 4 little ones in here now and I use this to measure.

If you go to a pharmacy, and ask at the prescription counter, they'll probably give you an handful for free. Tell them it's for cough syrup. lol
