Newbie Help Lighting!!

I germinated my seed a few days ago and it sprouted pretty fast and is over an inch tall. Only yesterday i put it under a flourescant light for 18 hours. Since i waited too long too put it under a light will it affect my plant at all? Anyone with answers will help.

youll be fine im pretty sure.... just make sure now that you dont over water the babies and make sure to do the right light cycle

no but they might have stretched a little. when you transplant bury them a little bit deeper but not too deep since you want the roots to have room to grow.

and how many watts os the cfl you have over it?and do you no what spectrom it is??and keep it between 1-3inches away from your plant depending on the temps in your growr room

My cfl is 60watt and im getting a 400watt ballast today
