newbie here

i am realitity new to the concept of indoor growing by meens of acually growing not consuming...ar ar ar. I have tried outdoor growing several times with some success but not great. I now wish to try indoors as I have recently been put on the disabled list and have cronic neuropathic pain for diabetes. I have a small room in my house 10x10 with a small closet 2x3. I dont really know what i need as in lights and growing medium to use. please help me tanx.

Check out the growFAQ at the top of the page. With a bit of reading you should be able to better decide what you need. CFL's and MH's are great for veggin and a HPS is best for flowering. How many plants do you plan on growing?
