Hell no...you've invested too much time for that nonsense. Finish them out and keep learning. Bag seed can be good/bad/weird whatever, but just for the sake of finishing, you should not chop. Start a few more and get going on another run.

Learn from this get a good light and try to grow 2 or 3 plants right then move up as you go
