Newbie Need Help!!!

Hey i was wondering if a 100 watt lamp in a 2ft by 2ft space would be enough? or do i need more what is the wattage per square foot? also my seeds were kinda dark green/brownish, are they suppose to be black?

green seeds havent fully growning from its pod on the plant.
100watts? To do what with? not grow MJ...maybe a ch-ch chea pet
