Newbie Needs Help On First Grow

hello all
need help with my plants, the leafs ate turning upwards and rolling over,iv been looking for answers but all i can find is about leafs turning downwards.....any info will be much apprectiated

is your light far away?or real weak?

iv got 3 plants and the lights are about 2 1/2 inch from plants and using 2 x 250w cfls

more qualified people than i will help you more often if you have pics.does 250w cfl mean 60 true watts each?seems like enough unless plants are big.does it effect entire plant or parts?

mainly just 1 out the 3 and its the biggest plant out of the 2 afgan ryders

one of two things: heat stress or magnesium deficiency. if the temperature is too high at the leaf canopy raise your light a bit. If it's OK leaf feed with Epsom salt 1 tablespoon per gallon.
