Newbie organic grower with a few q's .. Any replies wld b much appreciated

Can anyone offer any advice on watering clones .. The guy told me to keep the water at a specific temp for watering the clones, others hav told me tht i dnt need to do tht, now im nt sure :-?

I'ver done that, never heard of it. I let my water set at room temp and aerate I would think that will be fine.

Are these rooted clones or just cut? What size container and substrate are they in? All are factors in deciding what amount of h2o is necessary. Most common mistake is to drown the clones or bake them on a heating mat.

Hey rosscoa, you came to the right place.

Okay here is the deal, what you are shooting for as far as temperature goes is "room temperature".

You can do this by simple filling up an empty jug or bucket and let it sit out WITH NO LID. No lid? Here is why. If your like me municipal water had chlorine and fluoride etc etc etc in it. These are things your plants could do with out. By letting it sit open to air the chlorine degases and leaves you with superior water. Not only does your water release the chlorine it will set it self to room temperature.
