Theses littles ones started from seed 4/30 I've had them under a 400Mh since they started to break surface of rockwool. 1st question I'm having trouble with the temp. around 92-96 degrees so to remedy I've been watering often but short bursts 5 times at about 2-21/2 mins. on a drip system. I'm affraid of burning them so I put the light up high. Sorry for the babble anyway are they reaching too much they seem a little long and lean? Also starting to get so yellowing not sure if its heat burn or nut burn. I got them on pro blend 15ml per gl cal mag 5ml per gl and karma 10ml per gl. I sent some photos I am on my second growth and very nervous my first one did'nt go horribly but it most deffinently could have went better, so I looking for advice early this time. I went the first one alone. So any advice would be greatly appreciated.

11" top tip

Can you lower it? Dont put it to close to the plant though you dont wanna burn them.

Im a noob at this. But my light is about 1-2 inches away form my plants.
Im using 2 4ft floro tubes though

what nutes are you using? I seen u mentioned pro gro is it this one Botanicare's Pure Blend Pro Grow?

as a rule of thumbput your hand above your plants put the light close if your hand is not too hot it is safe for your plants

Good call as for checking the heat with your hand. Your 400 watt MH is going to produce more heat than a floro tube though, what do you have for exhaust? Also, if you haven't already done so I'd put a small oscillating fan on those babies to reduce the overall temps and thicken up the stems a bit.

Do not lower your lights 11" is pretty close for a 400w mh, it will be fine right where it is so long as it is not too hot under their in which case you may want to actually raise it a bit. So I just noticed you are having a heat problem already, raise your light 3-4 inches atleast you can have that lamp 18" if needed especially while they are still so small. get a duct fan hooked up to the light if possible that will pull hot air away from the bulb.
