my plants are looking a little droopy and slightly rolling down (leaves) and there curly, with a weird texture

what method r you using? is that wick with ebb and flow? regardless, you cant keep that rockwool soaked all the time-root zone too saturated-not enough dissolved o2. either let them dry more between cycles or add an air stone in that standing water.
also, looks like you can up your ppms a bit-looking a little hungry

how much are you watering them? honestly, they look healthy, just over watered.
