3rd run with nftg. haven't slurried at all, the ladies are healthy. feeding base 6. have 1 hulk angry ibl (removed 2 males) and 4 puta breath bagseeds from my first grow. that grow had problems with wpm, from what I've read the seeds from that should be more resistant to wpm. puta breath bagseeds are starting to grease up at 3 weeks
Look wicked good man!! Nectar for life lol.

Are your hulk angry kind of leggy? Longer internodes in veg? I got 2 packs from ethos that I got as freebies from a breeder, I havnt flowered yet but popped 6 and got 3 females that are in holding like mothers, they are all large, open frame plants with noticeably longer internodes so just wondering if yours are the same way. Mine havnt received any high intensity light yet, I'm just comparing growth habit to others.

yup. I popped three, the one that turned out to be the only female I was sure would be male cuz it was like you described. the two males were more compact. I grow with LEDs which in my experience tends to make the plants grow more compact. so I'm surprised how long the internodes are.

the thing with the light loop .... sometimes raising it all the way up and start at 50 % for a few days then 75% another few days then 100% .. or when seedlings 25% early veg 50% late veg 75% and flower 100% ... I have 315w on young veg and my light 5 feet away , I want the plant to work up to the light and have them praying .... and again ill start to lower the light till I find the sweet spot .....I dont care what a light company says to hang light at ...

With quality LED's you gotta kinda work with manufacturer light heights to start since there is so many diodes diffusing together to create the spectrum, the plants will tell the rest. When I start turning the dimmers on mine up, I do it at few hours after lights ON so the plants are in active photosynthesis, not so stressful, they take to it without a hitch. If LED's, especially mixed spectrum quantum boards, are too close to the canopy then the spectrum is lost and all that badass light power is wasted because the individual diodes don't have a chance to mix before they hit the canopy. So with that hlg-550, when you turn up the intensity, you prolly need to raise it up a bit too to keep the spectrum mixing properly. Without a fancy meter you gotta do it all from recommended heights and reading what the plants can handle, and with that light- closer is not the answer. Even The 100W boards can bleach the canopy at 18 - 24" on some strains. These new LED lights are a different animal, the cool thing is a lot of them guarantee the life of the spectrum won't fade for 5+ years and even then its only by a 5% loss, whereas HID's lose their spectrum strength within 6 months to a year and need replacing.

Hey guys i was wondering about using 1 shot to boost a pete/perlite mix that im doing, i also have some mega crop items on the side for other projects. Will i need anything extra during flower?

Gaia & HERC in flower what I see a lot use, but it really depends on how much one shot you amend with. Might be a good idea to add some oyster flour and maybe some rock dust to that soil mix.

Dudes i have the light 10” higher then they say at 2/3 intensity and it was stressing plants i turned it down a tad and everything is happy.
like I said I never go by what a company says ... and even with LEDS ... I use to play with California light works and never went by the 18" or 24" kept mine 34" or higher , yeah your dealing with a different beast but the concept still the same and dialing it in ..... glad everything working out ....

I had ran into similar issues with my Logic pucks. I raised the lights a bit more and running like 75% and the girls got a lot happier!

This girl here has recovered nicely from some under feeding & light burns. About to start flushing her in a few days. This is a Cherry Pebbles autoflower.

be careful of how much one shot you use during flowering .... time release and the nitrogen ....
I stand corrected .... one shot even tho it has nitrogen in it is protein nitrogen , not nitrate , ammoniacal , or urea nitrogen like in syn ferts ....... you need proteins to build soil buds . calcium , phosphorus and protein nitrogen (amino acids) builds buds and pack on weight .. you"ll actually lose yield if you cut out all nitrogen ...so , how much to use ? soon as planted in pots (rooted) clones , 1 cup per 5 gallon ....30-45 days in veg , I flip and give the day 1 of bloom one shot dress ( 1 cup per 5 gallon ) this is using cultured teas .. and no bottle....

Yup this is what im giving my outdoor in 20gal. These girls are as tall as me just stunning. I do have aphids and white flys all over them tho. I dont know how well you can deal with pests outdoors. I feed them cultured teas made out of ph’d creek water. These are the nicest plants ive ever had outside. One shot is no joke.
