Night Cycle Question

I have heard on a few websites (10-15) that during the night cycle of a plant it is a good idea to disrupt the nightcycle with one hour of light. I have heard from about the same amount of sites that any light at night stunts growth. So does anyone have any experience with this or have any idea?

does the sun suddenly rise for an hour in the middle of the night for about an hour and disappear again?

that answers your question :)

If you want to increase female ratio's , keep temps in the lower range, have a higher N to P and K ratio, use a blue spectrum for vegging.

Wrong. A female.. or a male... is already predetermined by seed.

A hermie = a plant that is stressed which triggered "emergency" mode and it makes male and female parts so it can release its offspring before death.

When a plant realizes its going to die soo due to enviornment change... it goes hermie.

Where ever you read this 1 hour light bs... its BS...

Just put it this way... when your sleeping imagine some giant fuck turns the lights on for like 1 hour... and then turns em back off... wont u feel stressed out?

same with a plant. and almost most organisms... STRESS KILLS.
