I heard it might be magnesium deficiency but the more I read it looks like a nitrogen deficiency. What do you guys think?

I have 4 plants. All being grown in their own 5 gallon smart pot with Fox farm ocean forest with a pH from 6.5-6.8. They have all been receiving the same amount of water on the same days. The other 3 are doing great. They are looking healthy as can be. On my last water I did everything the same. The next day the one plant was drooping. So I think to myself, maybe the soil wasn't dry enough and she was just over watered. So I just let her be. Two days later, today, she has those spots on three of her leaves. All on the middle finger from three different nodes. Now here I am just trying to resolve this problem as quickly as possible so I can save her

I should also mention that they are about 2 wks old
