NL alternatives

Hey peeps!

I been growing a clone of NL for some time now but i am not 100% sold on it, i got a regular pack from sensi and chose a couple out of the 10, those 2 mothers are great producers and one is usually ready to go by day 49, she is really fast, but i think it is not like the NL... I have been growing for 2 decades and this is not the NL i used to get so i am looking for some alternatives.

I did some reading and there are indeed several people who report that the NL strain is really not the same this days so i am posting to maybe kickstart some feedback on this.

So far for my alternatives i ordered some Critical Hog from Simon at TH seeds, and a friend is giving me some Critical from advanced seeds. Feel free to share some viable alternatives that finish fast and have quality smoke.

Unless you bought bad genetics there are certainly still NL exclusive strains growing to this day.

Telltale signs of a real NL is they will have a lot of hairs and be fluffy buds but very frosty and potent.

Have you tried AGseeds? He claims to have all the originals check it out. Todd McCormick runs that show.

mine lack the superb frosty look, they are hairy and dense. Earthy and musky flavours

Gotcha. KC Brains has been around for a while and they have a Northern Lights Special that might interest you.

Really happy with the NL1 and NL5H I grew out from akbb.

Maple leaf indica or sweet afghani delicious!

Vision seeds have fems of nl1 and seedstockers sells nl 5 xnl 2 fems also nirvana seeds nl is pretty good too and some resellers got regs as well as fems on those too there all eu too

Its a hybrid so its not pure nl worth running just dont expect pure nl some of kcs stuff is good especially for the price and pretty unique too another nl hybrid thats good is aurora indica thats a nice one too its afghani x nl thats another nirvana one

Yup they'll have an almost onion/garlic hint when you grind it up or break it up to me at least. Nutty earthy smelling weed.
