Hello new member. This is the politics section. We are plagued by a butthurt racist that has been banned many times and regularly opens many, many "sock puppet" accounts in order to:
  1. Try to gain enough self esteem to achieve an election
  2. Satisfy his triggered rage
  3. Attempt to break his 0-large number record of matching wits with other users.
We will assume you are he. If you are not, please persevere. We welcome actual new members, but we also consider the odds of you actually being one to be about 1 in 100.
…you misspelled erection….

Really dude? Me saying don't tell me what to do and then jk brings that response. If you would like my personal opinion on the entire thing it's funny last month they said gas stations will run out of gas then this month they were hacked leading to this.. but I don't care to share on this stuff so thanks for the welcoming..
…so your *personal opinion* is that “THEY* said shit, you’re here to comment on it, but not “to share”(?) …kinda like the kid who’s convinced he’s singing but doesn’t listen to the sounds he makes - or to the rest of the family telling him to shut up or go to his room?

welcome - let’s see you pull it off (no, not *that*!)

Wish I had the money to buy electric car and upgrade my electric supply in my home to support that but don't forget we all still depend on oil and it's used in almost every product in same way or fashion one good thing about oil they have figured out how to make a use out of every drop lol
I see: a proponent of critical petroleum theory….

I bought my electric vehicle 2-years used for 1/3 the cost of new. I don't have solar on my house, but my power company has an option to get power from their solar grid. The only reason we still depend on oil, is because the big oil companies want it that way.

NO WAY! im not going to lie... it wish it was a another monster with some ridiculous v8. they were so nice and clean. only thing that stopped me no manual lightnings were made. at least to my knowledge. only ford from that generation i liked.

i hope it lives to the name and is just an electric beast. i was super iffy on the new mustang crossover things. only issue with them i have is that they called it a mustang. other than that its super clean looking in person. looks weird without the grill though

im a factory worker. we go through about 5000 gallons of oil a day. about 4000 gets recycled for a few months. our place actually did try to switch to something else.. there was a shit load of talks about it. nothing is cheap enough to run like that.

Costs will shift over time, and once the oil supply drastically drops, the prices will sharply rise. Perhaps by then biofuels will come down in price.

I do also still have a gas vehicle for emergencies. I have an old 1985 Mercedes diesel too, which can be run off straight vegetable oil in a pinch.

My electric company will not come out and install a 200amp service to my house for free I don't have the 7000 plus dollars to pay to get that installed in my house, I live in a small almost 100 year home so no garage so I would have to run cord out to street over nite hopefully I can park in front of my house I do live in the city as well so you know it's 50/50 chance. I would like to have an electric car so if I start a GoFundMe will you donate to me? Also everything is touched by oil everything. So yes once you can figure out how to remove oil from transportation and be able to produce electricity with no coal hydro that causes damage to water ways or natural gas as well then please do it also find enough farm land to grow soy beans for plastic manufacturing to replace petroleum based plastic we need more rubber trees for those tires on the car oh wait those are oil based as well like it or not oil will always be part of our lives yes we can use less of it and be more efficient with it and use it as clean as possible. But solar and wind alone is not the answer those both depend on nature and nature doesn't always corporate well I mean that night time cycle and times it's just not that windy but also remember how many birds are killed by wind turbines.
Nothing is perfect if you want true oil free live in the wilderness off the grid no outside items at all.

What bio fuels are you speaking of that are easily capable of mass production? Have they figured out the algae one yet?
