Nooob question about TEMP

My flower room maintains a 78 degree temp and 45% humidity. I've been growing some time in these conditions with decent results. Is this acceptable? I want the highest yield and best product I can get so if you have any suggestions please shoot them my way! I wanna get this down to a fine art :)

id maybe try increase humidity alittle whilst in VEG and when your flowering i would drop it below 40%humidity but no biggy if u dont just keep the air regulated
