Alright, so I went to see my regular physician about the car accidents I've been in and the pain that I have from time to time in my neck and back but she really wasn't trying to hear it.

So I am asking you, RIU, to tell me some doctors in northern california/bay area where I can walk in, tell them what's wrong, and walk out with my paperwork. Preferably within 1-2 hrs driving distance from sacramento.:bigjoint::peace:

Yeah I've seen that list and tried contacting some of the doctors in sacramento, but no answer on the phone. I guess I could try walking in. Just trying to get first hand info on where people have gotten their card with no recommendation or perscription.

Not really the bay. I'm in the sac area, but I'm willing to make the drive down to frisco or somewhere in that area if that's what I have to do.

bump I know someone knows

Medicann look them up and call and make an apointment you cant walk in,and im 99% theres 1 in Sacramento

or Green relief in San Francisco California its 99$ all u get is a paper recommendation not an id like medicann for 145$ but u can get the paper from them for the 99$ then go to some place i think called the patient id center in oakland ca and pay like another 40-50$ and get a ocbc 'cannabis id card' thing

Thank you that was more of what I was looking for. The paper is all I need to grow or go to the club, right?

I know medicann is good. I also heard that they're one of the more legit companies, meaning that they actually require a previous dr. recommendation. maybe im wrong

Just bring in any hospital/doctor paperwork you have proving your ailment and you are good to go. I'm in san diego, so I'm not sure where to get the rec. Good Luck and happy growing.

See that's where I have a problem. I never went to the hospital after either of my car accidents. The first one where I hit a tree head on the cops asked me if I wanted an ambulance, but all I heard was "would you like to spend more $ on top of the ticket and wrecked car?"

The second one, the chp officer took my name and address down and I'm pretty sure I'm on the insurance claim(not my car). Just in typing that I'm thinking about how to get a copy of the chp or insurance report or both. Anyone know how I would go about that?

And if I had those records I could probably just go to medicann in sac, huh?:dunce::bigjoint:

If you have insurance, I would go to your doctor, and tell them you are having pains and explain the situation. You should get some kind of paperwork from them, and just bring that down.

No see I already tried that, my doctor just told me to write it off as since I used to be more active it's my body's way of telling me to be more active or something along those line. what the fuck does that mean? It's not like I made up the car accidents.

But tomorrow I'll try to contact MY insurance company for my first wreck and try to get ahold of my buddy and see if he can get me some proof of the other one.

Would that paperwork be enough by itself?:peace:

I think that should be all you need, I got mine from a piece of shrapnel I got in theatre and insomnia/lack of appetite. Your car accident was probably more extreme than that so you should be good.

Yeah

you need medical paperwork diagnosing your condition.
That's what I was thinking. But fdd you know these kinds of things. Where are the doctors in the bay area that don't necessarily require the medical paperwork? I know there's a handful out there as I've read about them on here.:peace:

There are a lot of doctors in san Diego that pretty much hand them out with payment. I would suggest going to a legit doc though. Support those who are doing things the right way.

That's what I would like to do. But my regular physician is making that hard for me. I'm pretty sure that I'm changing doctors, but that process is going to be longer than I want to wait as I want to start a grow in the next 2 weeks so that it coincides with my lease ending.:bigjoint:

Money isn't the issue, I just don't want to waste my time when they tell me no, we need a recommendation. I think it might also be my age and my doctor thinks I'm bitching about shit that never happened to get perscriptions or something.

Maybe make an appointment when your doctor isn't there, and you will get one of their helpers or something, and you can tell them your work needs to see the paperwork for insurance purposes. That might work.
