normal cost to lease land in NorCal

what is a , Mendocino CO.

i have a lease now, but not sure it is priced right. This is my first outdoor grow, so i am still learning outdoor. Most plants are 6 ft + and one is 8 ft

there is good access, power, limited water (have to haul most of it) Internet access. drying buildings and starting room. a 12 x 20 greenhouse

setup now with 25 100 gl smart pots

batch tanks & pumps

fenced, and locked gate

drip irrigation if needed.

any input will help

Sounds like a nice setup how is the sun. How much does something like that run. Might get me an investment group together. dirrtyd

Depends who you know. Lots of land owners here will have a clause in your lease prohibiting you to grow.

If the LO allows you to grow, he /she can charge what they want. It's about 2-6K per month w/ year lease for the situation you have. That's not knowing anybody.

it cost me 20k per-year and i have to live in my motorhome, but have alot buildings / shop to use. 3 miles out of town but secluded. It could use more sun. but the plants are doing great. I am just not sure the price is correct. any thouhgts

you can have this place now for 35k that includes what i have invested, plants all equipmet i own and current lease. 8k more and you get a motorhome setup.
