Norther Nevada Outdoor

My Ak-47 seeds arrived and they're not auto flower as I intended. I've got endless sun and as many mice to eat the plants. They're not going in the ground I'm having visions of large plants in 7 gallon bags hanging in shortish juniper trees with maybe Rubbermade lid baffle to keep mice at bay. Stealth is needed as I live close to a dispensary so they demand I use that only. What are you envisioning.

Dont put them out till they decent size mice love weed seeds as do squirrels and magpies as i found out myself over the years so when going out its best to grow them on till a certain size then put em out

That's a tough one, wood/pack rats are going to be a huge challenge in Northern Nevada, and they love climbing into juniper to collect bark for their nests. The only way to stop them that I can think of off hand would be wire mesh, or to wrap the bottom of the trunk of the tree, or wherever you end up growing them with steel or aluminum flashing so that it is too slippery for them to climb, but then again that's not very stealthy. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Gibraltar-Building-Products-12-in-x-10-ft-Economy-Aluminum-Roll-Valley-Flashing-A999-10-12/317431613?source=shoppingads&locale=en-US&srsltid=AfmBOoqQFfaxnfWQcEZXQ5Yg63d0K8yKIcQSxQD-84O6UuE69RwvnGG2a0s

Maybe like a portable dog kennel wrapped in 1/4" galvanized mesh, would have to keep the plants small enough to fit in a large dog kennel, but it's hard to grow a large plant in a tree anyway. In the bad old days before legalization I sometimes grew in trees in Northern California, it was a pain in the ass climbing twenty-thirty feet up a tree with a backpack full of water! But nobody was looking up there and it was better than prison time.
