Not sure what's the problem

Hello lads,

I am growing a plant from a seed I found, not even sure it's a female. It has about 2 months n half ish. It is growing in a universal bio soil. At the start it grew outside but since the weather wasn't nice at all I started to use a grow box I had with led light when it rains. It doesn't drink to much, I gave her 1l. every time I feel the soil dry, which happens to be every 4/5 days. Not long ago it started to have midges around the soil, I guess it's because for a week of bad weather the soil remained wet. After the first month I started to give a little fertilizer from BioBizz (biogrow and bioheaven) once every 10/12 days. PH of the water is around 6,20 but I never got the chance to measure it from the excess water coming off the pot. The problem: IMG_0791.jpegIMG_0789.jpeg
The leaves are thin and some of them almost crispy. The second picture is a leaf at the top, the first one is a middle one, the older leaves are basically dead.
It would be great if you could help me please! Thank you!

I tried looking up universal bio soil and couldn't tell what's in it. I'm no expert but it doesn't look like it's overfed. From what I see of your soil it looks like you could use some perlite added in there of about 20 or 30%. That will improve drainage and the dampness could be your problem. Maybe try adding some mychos around the roots if repotting seems in order. They are good for organic growing. Not sure if mychos are in Biobizz.
