Not sure whats wrong with my plants PICS* PLEASE HELP!!!!

Im new to growing and this is my 3rd grow but my 1st hydro. i havent had to any problems with my past 2 grows. i have looked at a defency chart but i just not sure what the problem is. Its happening to the oldest leaves first I feel bad for my babys i want them to be healthy. Unfortunatly im using tap water. For nuts im using Botanicare PURE BLEND Pro Grow & Botanicare LIQUID KARMA I have 4 plants in 3 different 5 gallon buckets and all 4 plants are having the same problem also using 250 MH/HPS lamp 200CFM exaust temp varies from 75-85 humidity is 50-60%. replacing the water & nuts ever 3 weeks

first off they are completely coverered in spider mites. they are so bad the plant is gonna have a hard time growin. (they are webbing up all the growth)

second , while your getting rid of the mites , they need a lil more food , that is why the yellowing is starting in the older leaves. thats a N def.
just feed them a lil bigger dose an they will be fine.

I ordered some mighywash it should be here by the end of the week i noticed them about a week ago.

for now just use a spray bottle and your hands to get rid of some of the webbing to at least fuck up there living room till you get your "wash"
