Notill idea

I’m trying to design a new flower room with a couple no till beds to flower up to 12 plants. I will only be growing half that but mine as well set it up for my state max right? My plan is to clone and veg in the Great Lakes water only soil I’ve been using. I usually go from solo cups to 1 gallon air pots to 3 gal air pot then 5 or 7 gal a week before flip. I was thinking if I had a well established bed I could go into that straight from the 3 gal. Would that work Out well? Anyone else do this?would the transplant disturb the bed too much?
I have a few questions about sizing, material, irrigation and material. if anyone could steer me to some info or personal preferences it would be appreciated, tia!

Instead of going by plant count, how much soil or what is the size are these no till beds?
Is each bed going to be light separated? what are your grow room dimensions LxWxH?
What kind of lighting are you working with? How are these beds set up? All soil? Got some wood? Mulch?

Personally I wouldnt do a no till bed unless you plan on vegging in it for 5 weeks. That root system needs time to spread out. I personally grow in a 4x4x1.5 No till bed. 4 plants get vegged for around 30-45 days and flipped. I use one gallon nursery pots to house them until I transplant. Clone get started in little plastic nursery pots. Smooth plastic pots transplant the best IMO.

Im about to convert my other 5x5 tent to a second 4x4 no till bed here over the next month. My LED grow Journal is in my sig. You can see what im doing. Ill also be starting a second bed over the next month.

Beds aren't set up yet I'm trying to get the design going though . I've got a few weeks left on the plants in flower so I wanted to get everything ready so I can get the soil established while I veg. I'm still waiting on clones so this cycle is already behind.
Area is 9x6 lights I'm using right now are a1000 and 609 hps I have o e more of both that I acquired I can incorporate in the next grow. I have access to as much recyloed live soil as I want from a buddies large grow he only runs once. All the other questions you asked are still up in the air if you have any recommendations. I'll check out your journal now thanks
